Return and Refund Policy

At Malaga International Company, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

This policy has been drawn up in compliance with the Consumer Protection Law of Kuwait.

1. Returns & Exchange Period

You have the right to return or exchange items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt/delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, unless they are defective upon arrival:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, swimwear, underwear, earrings).
  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items (unless defective).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (K-Net, Credit Card, or Cash for in-store returns).
  • Processing Time:
    • K-Net/Credit Card: Please allow 3 to 14 business days for the transaction to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policies.
    • Cash on Delivery: If you paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will generally be issued via bank transfer or store credit (as per customer preference).

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or legally non-compliant with the description:

  • Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery is recommended).
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Malaga International Company will bear the shipping costs for returning defective items.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (and the item is not defective), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
