Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Malaga International Company, we are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our delivery terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
* All orders are processed within [1-2] business days.
* Orders placed on weekends (Friday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
* If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Delivery Locations & Rates (Kuwait)
We deliver to all Governorates in Kuwait. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location:

3. GCC & International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries in the GCC. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

* Customs & Duties: Malaga International Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your Tracking Number or a link to track your delivery status.
* If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
5. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at 99339778 to file a claim.
